I still haven`t set aside a time to start. I have trouble with starting things, even though I know once I start running a gain, I`ll be glad I did. When, where? When: swamped with stressful things until Friday. Hmmmm, but maybe in the midst of this stress would be the perfect time to start. I`ve heard running is great for reducing stress. Can I spare time tomorrow morning? Not really. After school? Possibly. Yes! Where: Hmm…..start with something simple, to the park, rest, then back.
I`m going running tomorrow at about 11:30am to the park. Got it.

I`ve tried to make this a habit various times throughout the last few years, and failed. This summer I discovered that I actually enjoy running when I do so at my own pace and without confounded shoes. I used to run 3-5 miles every other day. It was a habit, but then when I came to Japan, it just sort of…didn`t come with me. But I really miss that accomplished feeling you get at the end of a run. Also, I think I was a more disciplined and motivated person when I ran regularly, so I`d like to pick it up again. However, with lack of time, it will mean getting up earlier. Hope I can stick with it!
