well i totally binged today… i ate 1600 calories…at least i worked out today…. i just had one of those days where i wanted everything… i hope it doesn’t set me back too much …. tommorrow is another work out day ….it was just a aweful day… MY IPOD got STOLEN!!!... i spent 40 bucks at walmart…..no one is answering my resumes! and my professor won’t stop over explaining things! And my car is on empty…..sooo that is why i ened up eating so much .. at least I know why right?!!!

I am finally actually getting toned and looking soo much better… i am down to 141ish…. so that is 6 more pounds to lose!!! Can i do that in 5 weeks!!! I don’t think i could not work out anymore… i don’t jiggle when i walk … i look TONS better in my clothes… yay…
well kinda… i am down to like around 143-144… that is down about 1ish pound… ha that could be water weight! Oh well… still working out everyday… i am starting to LOVE working out….i can’t believe it has been three weeks almost four now of complete working out… i feel sooo much more confident about my body!
sooo tried changing the diet a bit. Still working out everyday… no weight loss… i am honestly use to losing it fast… so i don’t really understand what is goign on here. I guess i jiggle alot less… that is a plus. But i want to fit into my “cool” ahah clothes again. I have 6 weeks left to do that…soo i mean is it possible to work out for 6 more weeks everyday and NOT lose weight??? i am really curious; I am going to work out for the next 6 weeks just to see what happens…..
sooo two weeks of working about for an hour and a half a day… and I am still at 145… and I only eat like 1000 cals a day…. what gives….oh well just keep trying… i mean it has to come off right?????
blah i weighed 150 probably from water… then i am now down to 145ish. In like well one weekish. I think that i am plataeuing. I just wanna be 135. I am proud of myself for running and lifting everyday for almost two weeks. I just don’t see it coming off. Today i ate… oatmeal, salad, mac n cheese, and a bowl of cereal. I hope that wasn’t too terrible… portions were controlled. And it only added up to about 1000 calories. I have 8 weeks to lose 10 more pounds… can i do it… i hope i hope.
Well ok i started on Monday. I want to work out 3-5 days a week and eat only when I am hungry. I have to lose 10 pounds soo i can fit back into my clothes(i refuse to by more chubby clothes). Plus I don’t want to have my spare tire around my belly for London this summer. So YAY 135 here i come!!!
