Hi!
For about two or three weeks ago i decided to do somthing I’m not really “made” to do.
I have had a hip injury that has done so I have not been able to run that much. I also have a leg length difference of three cm. Which makes it very difficult to run. Therefore I have decided to run the marathon. To prove to others and myself that I can do the “impossible”.
My goal is to finish. The time is not very relevant, but I aim for jogging the whole way.
Besides the leg and hip my errors, I am in very good fit.
The Marathon I will participate in are at April the 5th. So I have a little under two months to train on.
Does anyone have any tips for how best to train for this?
what should I watch out for?
Some who have other suggestions?
appreciate it!
