Some progress

For awhile I was a bit lost as to how to go about finding a book club to join and now, suddenly, I have a few leads.
When I was at the library the other day I happened to notice an advert for a local book club. I just called the contact listed then and they meet on the third Wednesday every month. The group consists of mostly women and there are about 12 members. I have organised to go along next month to see what it’s like.
There’s also a book club that meets at my local Borders – I noticed a flyer the other day. So I need to email the contact there and find out about that one too.
