My programming skills have certainly improved as of late. However, this goal is never really done with, so I am replacing it with small measurable goals that if achieved, will mark an improvement in my programming ability (e.g. writing a useful application in LISP).

I find the following article to be very useful for those who want to learn how a programmer should act and work:

Note that this article is extremely non-technical, i.e. no code to be found in it. It just discusses how programmers should deal with various aspects of programming, communicating and team-working. I found it very useful. nonetheless.
