I’ve dragged a big bowl out of one of the drawers and filled it with little kids apples (quick and easy to eat), clementines and bananas. When I feel hungry, I grab a fruit which is different to the one I ate last and munch away. It’s working well so far and has saved on cooking and washing up (both a hassle on the boat). I think I will leave this on the list for a couple of weeks until the habit is well established and then count this one as done.
