....it’s 1.45am here.
Still, I have a tendency to stay up well past 2am, often till 4am. If I go to bed now it’s progress. Honest.
I will aim for 11pm and set an alarm on my mobile to remind me. When it goes off I will finish what I’m doing and will start preparing for bed.
Weeknight curfews:
- 2am (this week)
- 1am (to end Feb)
- Midnight (March onwards)
At least that’s the plan…
