I mean, really, are we teaching an appreciation for other cultures or are we not? Multi-culturalism needs to include the caucasian customs, too, right? True, I’m not Scottish. I don’t have a heritage-based “right” to wear traditional dress of the Scot culture, but all the more reason for me to branch out and model risk-taking to show appreciation.
