I still don’t have a set routine for this. And I do let myself slide on days I just don’t want to exercise. Which leads to more days that I don’t do anything. I want to make it such a habit that I need to do it even when I don’t want to.

I’ve boosted my daily workout to 30 minutes a day with one day off. I must say I am doing really well with this goal even though I missed quite a few days last month. I don’t think I’ve made this a habit just yet so I won’t mark this as done until then.
There was a death in the family this past month so I let a lot of things slide. But now it’s time to get back into living so…
New month resolution for October: Exercise at least 15 min. everyday.
I only missed one day this week…but I did have to work. But I shouldn’t use that as an excuse. I’ll do better this week.
For every day this month I will do at least 15 min. of exercise every day. Whether it’s a walk, a run or just stretching I will get moving. And once a week I will walk/run for 1 mile.
This goal goes along with my goal to get up earlier. Think if I set a certain time to work out then I’ll be more likely to do it. Right now I’m just trying to fit in a half hour workout during the day. It’s not much and it’s not every day yet but it is something.
I try to fit in working out when I can but I still like my relaxing time. But I have started going out dancing with my friends more often. I had forgotten how much fun that is! And by the time I get home I am worn out. Guess it’s better than nothing but I would still like to do something more often.
I do need to figure out some sort of regular exercise schedule. I’ll be heading to see him in April and I want to look fabulous.
I don’t feel that I need to lose any weight but would like to tone up a bit. Plus, I would be healthier and probably have more energy (which I am desperately lacking lately). So here goes…I am going to shoot for at least half an hour three days out of the week to start out with. Hopefully this will get me going and I can add more later.
