I just can’t seem to get myself out of bed early.



To begin I need to get up earlier... 9 months ago
I think if I had a morning routine it would help me accomplish a lot of my other goals. At least it would give me more time to get things done. So I have figured out what I need to do in my routine..just need to figure out what the best order will be.
  • get up earlier
  • stretch a bit
  • do my morning pages
  • actually eating something for breakfast
  • exercise
  • maybe a little meditation or visualizations
  • shower
  • brush my teeth
