why not put it off till next week 3 years ago

I work shift work. When I’m on this 3pm-11pm shift I just can’t seem to come home and go right to bed. I need a bit of ‘wind-down’ time.

So I’m modifying my goal: 1am on afternoons, 11 on day shift.

This seems more reasonable to me.
