With the October chill, I made my first cup of hot chocolate last night. And dropped a little bit of chocolate ice cream and cinnnamon in it. Hmmmm. Yummy.
And it made me feel so rich and abundant and warm.
Of course, it did nothing for my lose 10 pounds goal. But it lifted my spirits and reminded me of how wonderful life can be. (The chocolate high works wonders – but so does warm apple crisp or a rich stew on a cold night. It’s a way of caring for myself and giving myself something good.)
