In January, I have agreed to teach an after school class about community involvement and generosity – to 7 to 11 year olds!
Now I’m figuring out how to do this – what to include in the class schedule and what charities they will be most interested in. I have a few ideas from my life and my kids’ experiences but I’m actively seeking and researching others. Especially any causes that welcome kids as volunteers and donors and respect their contributions.
I welcome suggestions and thoughts.
