(+ cereal and glass of milk)

lunch: large tomato
(+ cold meat sandwich, egg & beans & hot meat, bananas on toast, cheese on toast, soup with toast)

after dinner: 2 satsumas, apple
(+ salad with hot/cold meat, mixed veg with hot meat, pasta/rice with tomato sauce and mixed veg and hot meat

snacks inbetween meals: fruit, toast, french bread with cheese or cold meat
