I worked out last Tuesday. Whew. I was sore for almost an entire week. About 5 days. I didn’t strech as much as I should have. I tend to get a little obsessive when I work-out often puching myself to hard and instead of doing a 30 min work out [I hadn’t done routine excersize for about 1 1/2 years] I did a 2 hour work out…heh…But I’m looking forward to doing it again!

and I’m 5’4’’, 18 years old, and recently I’ve been lazy and eating mass amounts of junk food. Instead of my extra chubbyness going to places I need it to go, its going to my hips and tummy. Err. Between school and work, where all I do is sit and talk to people on the phone for 8 hours, I have little or no extra time, or when I do have extra time I am just to tired to do anything!
I’m going to research a good diet, and even if I may not be on one of those extremely stric diets, loosing a few pounds would be nice, maybe 5-7 thats all :)
