choose a career

I really want to study Humanities. But it is such a broad subject that it’s not offered in many colleges as a 4-year degree.

I simply adore studying the history of human experience and conditions of human life.

I still don’t know what a degree in Humanities will open up in the way of a career. Perhaps I will be a writer, researcher, teacher, or advocate.

I still have time to sort it all out. Except, I’d have to leave town to study and don’t know how practical (affordable) that will be for me and my husband at this time.

I suppose it’s a matter of how badly I want this degree type.

I’d like to find myself in a museum or archaeological site in the Middle East, being consulted for my great knowledge…

I plan to use my future AA Humanities and BA Middle Eastern Studies to take me all over the globe and see different societies and cultures with my own eyes.
