I’ve been making yoga more of a priority the past couple weeks and I’m really enjoying it! For me yoga has some ritualistic qualities that are so relaxing that I try to incorporate every time I practice . . . things like having candles and incense lit, softening the lighting, getting into my most comfortable yoga clothes, and of course the music (I know it’s cliche but I LOVE Enya!!!). I’ve had a at least a half hour practice everyday over the past 2 weeks and now it’s something my body craves, which makes it easier to have the drive to practice. I can really feel how the exercise is improving my strength and flexibility . . . next obstacle is balance! :)
