Ice cream: For desert only!  — 2 years ago

This is going pretty well for me. I still feel like i eat too much at meal times (I feel obligated to finish what I take, and my eyes are bigger than my stomach. Actually, they’re not, but it’s a figurative thing.), but I’m snacking less. And I’m chewing on gum a lot. It helps.

I haven’t been hungry at all lately, but I’ve been eating just because it’s mealtime. And then I feel sick… not good!

So, yeah. That needs to stop.

I’ve decided that healthy snacks are okay… but maybe it’s better to just have some gum on hand, so I have something else to chew on?
