some nuts, chinese pomegranate & perhaps the apple stash

garam masala brown rice & peas

saturday

breakfast
run off to class carrying a tupperware with oats with some omega 3 cereal sprinkled on top & vanilla soy milk

some nuts, figs, chinese pomegranate

lunch
leftover ginger carrot soup
curried mushrooms (yes, i’m in a curry mania phase)
more organic baby bok choy

small lunch 2
figs, if i still have any left

dinner
broiled veggie sandwich

organic whole wheat blueberry waffles with figs
vanilla soy milk, chai tea maybe

hummus or baba ghanoush with crudités, a sandwich
