become a character concept artist

Ok, so here’s the deal. I want to work for the company Bethesda
(mostly, though others such as Wizards of the Coast [probably their D&D branch] would suffice)

the lower link of the two is the specific job i want to do and the requirements as of whenever they last updated it.
one of the requirements is to be familiar with a program called 3ds Max ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3ds_max )
and I have been fortunate enough to have gotten such said program ^.
so I’ll have to become more familiar with it, though when I do it will be well worth it.

Hello to all that read this. Well, the title “Long Way to Go” is for a very good reason. Yes I do inspire to be a character concept artist, but like I said, I still have a LONG way to go. I’m only 13, (though most modestly I must say I do have some talent in art, nothing amazing, though I like to think so =P ) all my life I have been completely obsessed with video games ^{.^ and for sure the character’s within them, so I would love a chance at being one of those people that create those character’s who I have become so amazed by.
Character Concept Artist? yes.
For a small company? Not in the end I hope.
My dream come true would to be an artist for either Wizards of the Coast or Blizzard. ^.}
