Had 3 mad days… Had to get up at 8 am, than at 5 am, and today it was 11 am cause I was exhausted. Well, at least I become more flexible;)

9 am. Not bad. I hope I don’t sleep again till 11 tomorrow… It’s so nice to start your day earlier and have time for exercises and meditation and all…
Well I gave up my midnight phone talks, I even go to bed like at 00.30., but it didn’t help so far. If I go to bed earlier, I just sleep 10 hours instead of 8, that’s it! I might try to get up like 10 min. earlier every day, until it is at least 8 am. People say it works…
It’s all because I stay up late talking on the phone with my boyfriend. Every evening! I can’t stop doing it, I’m addicted! I hope I’ll at least manage to talk not longer than for an hour… Because usually it’s around two hours. Than I go to bed at 2 or 3 am and get up at… well, you know the way it is
The problem is, my classes begin at 2pm, so there’s a veeery big temptation to sleep like till 11. Let it be at least 9 for a start. And of course one should go to bed much earlier than I do now. Not at 3 am, definitely.
