I bought a special steno notebook, and I’m going to write down everything I eat for the next month. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Then see where I stand, and start making improvements here and there.

My only thing is – no faux food. I would rather have a smaller amount of real food than eat the fake junk they sell as food.

I cut out ice cream, which is my worst temptation. The hub eats flavors like Peanut Butter Fudge and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, which don’t tempt me.

I have switched over to frozen juice bars, if I want something like that.
