im optimistic, supportive, and encouraging to everyone

except myself. i always, always, always root for my family and friends. when someone is down, i will encourage them and i will tell them to be optimistic because i think ideally, people should be optimistic and happy. i really do believe in that. but, i am SO hard on myself. i am probably the most pessimistic person in the world. that’s just one example. i wish that i could be as optimistic about myself as i am with all of my loved ones.
