I’v been good, but a tiny bit evil…
I have been running, jumping, skipping and dancing the nutbush all day yesterday and i will today as well. I do sit ups and crunches and hold my stomach in all the time and its slowly shrinking! It seems more pokey-outey now but thats because of how its shrinking (My aunt’s gym intructor said its normal for fat and muscle to swell up and appear or dissapear in strange patterns when you work out- it WILL settle!) I had a small chocolate… but that WAS for a VERY good reason … But if you feel like snacking and know it will ruin some of your work, dance the nutbush! or the macarena! or learn to moonwalk! (I have done all of those!) Or make a beadednecklace, or give your self a makeover or a manicure or do a crossword or even your homework! (Its in front of me I swear ill do it)... Anything! It is very helpful and healthy! PS- eat normal hea;thy meals because skipping and starving does actually make you fatter. irony, no?

anyone ever get those days that no matter how hard you work out it feels like your stomach is splitting outta your jeans which seem to be getting tighter… tighter… tighter….



Working for it.

I hate it when I start to lose that little bit of tone I have, so Im going to (look at previous comment-tense my tummy muscles up for as long as I can as often as possible) and do 30 sit ups in the morning, 30 in the afternoon, anda couple every other chance I get. But remember, you have to keep going with this even when your stomach is flat, so it gets used to itself.



GREAT TIP

THIS TIP HAS GIVEN ME THE EARLY STAGES OF ABS (WITH THAT LINE RUNNING DOWN THE MIDDLE) AND A SLIGHTLY SMALLER BELLY BUTTON BULGE (I’M STILL WORKING ON IT) BUT IT WILL GET YOU THERE WITHYOUR DETERMINATION
Tense up your stomach muscles and flatten them by pulling them back towards your spine. This can be done anywhere, any time, and is especially beneficial and FLATENNING (and anti fatening) while walking. Do this as well as you can, don’t over stress your muscles, but yoga states that you must contsantly pay attention to your “core muscle” to make it flatter and stronger, quicker. This can be done ANY time! Walking to school, studying, watching TV… Anywhere, anytime.



Like An Apple Turnover!

I have always had this little sort of small bun shaped roll of flab around my belly button and it’s always killed my confidence. Now I am developing the early looking stages of a muffin top, and I want out! Any tips? Please post!
