ok so if you are going to not eat a lot then please just get this trough your heads…drink water still…one can last longer without food than without water…dehydration=not fun (cuases massive headaches)Salads are a nice choice to if you want a snack…ya know get some good lettuce, a tomato (if in season, maybe some carrots and either a light or a home made dressing (i make my own balsamic and red wine vinegar dressings)...oh and tofu! It makes them feel like they are good at something—they are good at losing weight. People with severe anorexia may be at risk of death from starvation.
