A few pounds extra

Who doesnt have a few extra? I don’t like the way I look b/c of this weight. It’s not much compared to some people but I don’t want it to get any worse. And then 10lbs more and now I have put my foot down and said NO! I will lose it. I may only be 18 but 1 lb can decide my future. I want to join the military and I am super close to the weight limit. So I am working on this problem now before I go thru MEPS and join(or not) But I know I want to so nothing will hold me back. Not even a few extra pounds.
