I started a few weeks back and it’s going pretty good, well sort of. There’s times when I just can’t be bothered which is really bad, but at least I’m doing it a good few times a week.
I just need to start focusing more, and motivating myself to do it daily!

I’m doing this for the same reason as wanting to gain weight; I’m fed up of being the skinny one!
I’ve got weights, it’s just a question of actually going some exercises for my upper body. A while back I managed to find a website on what exercises can benefit what muscles so I’m going to have to have a search for it and get down to business.
