Been maintaining for a few weeks, so I expected to be the same, or only a slight dif.
Got on the scales and it said 8 stone 8!
Yeah, I only lost 2lbs, so I’m 120, but 8.8 looks so much better than 8.10!

Major binge today. Fuck Easter. Fasting for the next week. I can do this. My goal weight for the end of this fast is 119 AT LEAST.

Is anyone giving up stuff for lent? I’ve decided to go without junk food, and it’s really helping me lower my fat intake. I’ve also started to exercise more I missed some of the stuff I was supposed to do yesterday and the day before, so I think I’m gonna catch up with some of that tonight. Here’s my plan, but all of the exercises revolve around WiiFit cause someone has taken by exercise bike away! >_<

30 mins free step (aerobics)
Super advanced boxing
Hula hoop
Island lap of running

I’ve found it hard to fit all of these things in, and I missed everything yesterday, so I think I’ll do the running for yesterday and today, and probably the hula hooping as well, and then catch up with the rest tomorrow, seeing as it’s weekend, I’ll had loads of time.

Doing ok. Today I had:
Porridge
Soup
A big chunk of bread off one of those crusty role things
Activia yogurt
A couple teaspoons of peanut butter
Apple
2 tangerines

I haven’t weighed myself in ages, and over christmas I was on the Wii fit all of the time, so I actually gained more because of muscle! I went up about a pound, and I’m not liking that at all. I HAVE to lose at least 15 pounds before May, cause I’m going on holiday. I’m 132-133 at the moment, and I’d like to be at the most 117. I wanted to go back down to 100 and possibly my goal weight of 95, but lets just see how it goes.



I Feel SO Guilty 12 months ago

Today I skipped breakfast and this is what I’ve had for the whole day:
Banana
2 plums
2 satsumas
Some Pineapple
2 pieces of a chocolate bar
A wafer chocolate bar
2 crackers with peanut butter
Panini with lettuce and pepper
4 biscuits
A marshmallow chocolate biscuit thingy

I so shouldn’t have eaten the chocolate or the biscuits. My parents came back from doing a big shop, and every single week they put loads of crap in. They only come back with fruit if I ASK for it, but they never forget to buy like 6 fucking packets of biscuits. No wonder I’ve got fat these past few months. Eurgh, hate them.



Stuck To My Plan =) 13 months ago

Today I’ve had:
shredded wheat
slice of toast with peanut butter
banana
pineapple
grapes
apple
pear
fruitus bar (1 of your 5 a day)
2 x fruit toast with jam

And I did a lot of walking today. Woo.



Fat 13 months ago

I’m gonna start another one of those challenges like I set for myself about a month ago, where I try to give up all junk for 21 days. Starting tomorrow, I hope it helps shift some weight, cause lately I’ve just been snacking on biscuits and it’s gross!



Haven't posted in ages 13 months ago

So I’m starting a new thing, were I hope to lose 1-2 pounds a week. This means I’ll be eating healthily, and it’s much slower than I want, but I’ve tried everything and I’m not budging from 132, ick.
But at least by christmas I can say I’ve dropped a dress size, and I need to anyway, cause I’m going clothes shopping/christmas shopping with some of my friends in about a month.

I just realised I haven’t posted for a few days now, and that’s because I’ve been on Live Journal. Seeing as on here they’ve blocked all of the Pro Ana goals and stuff related to it, I decided to go on LJ instead and it’s great. So I won’t be posting as regularly as I usually do, and do not go on there if you’re planning to, cause if you haven’t even got an ED and are just looking to lose some weight, trust me, they will shun you. It may be called Pro Ana, but the people there are only willing to support those with eating disorders.
