Im 5’5 1/2, 132 pounds, I would be LOVE to get to 122 in the next month. Prom’s in a month.
I just had 3 slices of cheese pizza, a poptart and a heath shake, but thats all I have had all day. I need to drink more water. Yeah I know not the greatest start. Wish me luck!

Im 5’5 133 pounds, not overweight or anything its just I want to be 123 again! I miss being skinny it was so nice, so now for maybe the 80th time im gonna try again. Anyone have any sugestions how to stay motivated? My goal is to lose 1-2 pounds a week, the more the merrier. I just dont know how to go about doing so, i used to run 5 miles a day and nothing happened, so i stopped. I did aerobics for 3 weeks, lost 5 pounds got bored and gained it all back. Im trying the whole cut calorie things wish me luck.
