I’m a huge U2 fan. My husband was a fan, and I became a fan when i met him 20 years ago. We have been to concerts for the past 5 tours (starting with Zoo TV). We have sat outstide in the COLD for up to 12 hours in the General Admission lines to try and get spots close to the stage. We own all the CDs, videos, DVDs, books, magazines, etc. I have even created a huge scrapbook of our experiences at the 3 shows we went to during the Vertigo tour. When you feel like you know someone as well as I feel I “know” the “boys from Dublin”, you wish they knew you, too.
Not likely to happen, but it would be a dream come true to talk with these amazing musicians/humanitarians…even for just a few minutes.
Well…I can dream, can’t I?
