Did 100 pushups total over a number of sets the other day, then went for H1N1 and seasonal flu jabs that day! Not recommended.

The training plan at hundredpushups.com looks good. Did 100 consecutive wall pushups because I’d never tried those before. That is sure to help visualization of the real pushups.
