I need to quit crossing my legs. I slouch less – I think it’s because of the play. Which is good – I had to relearn to walk pretty much. Now if I can keep up the good posture!
really had it going – I think it goes hand in hand with exercise – so, I’m hoping to have the good posture goal marked off by the end of spring!!!!
Even though I may be a tad sore, everytime I go to this kickboxing class, I feel so good afterwards, that it is easier for me to hold my back up! I never knew there were more exhasperating ways of doing sit ups than the usual way – until I went to last night’s class. WOW! My tummy has really worked out. I really want to sign up permanently for the class (as in pay) and I want to get my own little boxing gloves!
I noticed that I was able to hold up my back – I had good posture today after a really grueling, but fun kickboxing class yesterday. Maybe if I get out and about more, I can finally reach this goal and keep my back straight without thinking about it!
I NEED to fix my posture. It is very horrible. My office chair is very uncomfortable, but I can’t blame all of my posture problems on that. I have always slumped, and honestly I envy people with a beautiful posture/walk. I want to have a pretty elegance/confidence about myself when I walk. They (whoever came up with the numbers) say that the first impression is made in the first 7 seconds you see someone. That could be me walking accross a room. And if I walk like a tomboy… AND slouch like I’ve been beaten my whole life (which I haven’t been).. well, it just won’t be a pretty image for someone that looks at me. I want to be confident and pretty and by a really good posture and walk, I think I would feel better about myself and the days ahead. This may be a little dramatized, I’m just tired of talking about it and not doing anything… I mean I’m working on it, but I keep finding myself slouching all the time. I don’t want to walk like the hunchback of Notre Dame I need to get organized and start working out, start living.
I need to get off my rump and excersice to get my joints moving. I’m going to start stretches in the morning. I want to go to yoga on a regular basis.
I keep catching myself, but I’m paying mroe attention to it now! I t feels good to keep my back straight!!

I don’t want to think this is impossible. I will be making a constant effort to catch and fix my bad posture throughout the day!!
