3 Months Banded!

I got banded 1/15/08 of this year – almost 3 months ago! I am so pleased w/ the results but I’ll be honest, you have to put a lot of work into it. Exercise. Eating the right things. Positive thinking. I’ve lost nearly 40 pounds.
