I did my foot in pretty badly last September. Still hurting a bit. Been into physiotherapists but it’s still acting up… which is frustrating as, with my newfound gym-going, I’m fit enough to really run all-out but I can feel my foot starting to burn and ache when I do… crap. :(

... I seem to have done something odd to the muscles around my knees… I wasn’t overdoing it; about 2k at 12kph and had to stop as my legs were sore and seizing up… And now I can’t use stairs without limping a lot.. It’s bloody annoying is what it is.
Ran 4k in 18 mins, rowed a bit, leg pressed a bit and ran some more. None too happy with what I can do, but there is at least definite progress.
... even if the bloody gym can’t get their air conditioning going strong enough… I don’t like drippy nosed running.
Went better than I thought. Having not gone to a gym for over nine months, 20 mins running, 15 hour rowing, some leg presses and such, 20 more on the threadmill, wasn’t doing too bad… But it was overdoing it so I couldn’t go again today.

Used to do it lots a year or so ago but, with frequent moving of home and job, fell out of the habit.
Must start it again by… let’s say by the New Year and regularly by Feb.
