i have had many small businesses and never a formal plan. this time i’m changing the process, thereby changing the result.

...don’t happen alone!

if you are like me you have heard or read the stats showing that 95% of businesses don’t survive the first 5 years.

so often i have that financing was the major issue…and today i would like to suggest that “DOING IT ALONE” is even worse than “NO FUNDING!”

a business is far more likely to succeed as a team than as an individual.

conflict: me, myself, and i are enough…not enough time, not enough experience, or desire to wear all the hats a business will want you to wear.

conflict: my idea, if i share then it won’t be my idea, or worse they will steal it.

conflict: i can do it better, i show them and go to work in isolation.

thinking out loud…as i work through my 180 steps to the extraordinary there will be a lot of me thinking out loud…
