My husband is terrible about not recycling. He’d rather that everything go to the landfill than have to deal with bagging, sorting, and specially loading everything. I went through and cut down half the boxes in our garage and he did the other half, taking them to the cardboard recycling facility. It was two trips in his truck, with the bed completely filled. We should do that more often.
