this really helps me get grounded every day. i’m not quite sure i meditate like most, but i do what works good for me. i take my morning commute to work (about 30 minutes) and take that time to relax and think about what i want out of my day and really get into a good zen moment.
unless of course… somebody cuts me off lol.

i created a file that i listen to on my iphone every day on my way to work with positive affirmations/meditation moments. though i’ve not yet completely integrated a quiet daily meditation, using my morning commute to get positive thoughts going in the morning has been a great help.

i’ve never delved into meditation before now. i wasn’t even sure what it entailed really. i’ve been reading up a few articles/books/etc and tried meditation for the first time a few days ago. the biggest challenge for me will be to schedule time every day to do this.
