maybe i make chart for every serving of mt dew i drink at work so i’m face to face with the intake.
i was just drinking mt dew while looking at this goal. the sleep adjustment issue is viable but i don’t want it to be just an excuse. i truly need to get more sleep tonight and i bet i won’t be craving caffeine as much in the morning- at least it will be more manageable.
so, nap time anyone?
i intended to start yesterday, but i forgot and accidentally ordered a mexicoke with a friend at dinner. i stayed up too late and got sleepy at work and just cracked open a mt dew after much self debate. tonight, i will get a full night’s sleep so i don’t tempt myself in the future with caffeine.
