Well I’m really busy at work, and until recently I was spending all my evenings looking for a new place to stay (while trying to organise week-ends away, a work outing and wondering about my relationship). I am also getting my back problems fixed meaning I get quite a bit of back pain while this is progressing and I can’t do any real sport because it could throw my fragile spine alignment off).
So that’s a pretty bad picture for trying not to worry/stress too much! (I’m stressed out just writing about it, aaarrrggghhh!!!)
So I’m relying on the old reliables:-) chocolate, wine, comedies, baths and phone calls to friends and family… (roughly in that order, I should do more of the phone calls to friends and family actually).
I have also started learning the drums, so that should be good for stress (when I can actually play, for the moment it’s still hard work!)
So hopefully I’ll get through the winter without tearing my hair off…
