I did it! 3 years ago

I have been consistantly 167 pounds for the last two weeks! I didn’t want to write anything, in case it was dehydration or something else keeping my weight down, but all the hard work paid off! I went from 193 to 167 in about three months! I feel so much better, more healthy. I actually had to go out and buy new pants! This isn’t the end, though. I’m adding a new thing to my list: Reach my ideal weight!



I'm back down again. 3 years ago

I lost those two sneaky pounds after I got back into my workouts. I’m even down another pound after that. That means…...four more to go! Every little victory counts!

I took the advice that stc gave me. It really worked. It took about a week, though to really see any difference. I’ve lost another 2 pounds! Sticking to eating right and excercising an hour and a half 4 days a week has paid off.

I have hit that point where, no matter how hard I work, or how amny calories I cut, I am stuck. Ten pounds lighter feels good, but the scale hasn’t moved in a week. Can anyone tell me what’s up?



I am now able to say with confidence that I have 3 years ago

lost 10 pounds. I can hardly believe it. I have really been working at this for the last 3 weeks. I had started to change my eating habits back in november of last year, and added working out on January 23rd. An hour a day can do wonders. In fact, I usually don’t even get an hour on my weekends. I just take every opportunity to walk or move that I can get.

working out every morning that I am at work for the last two and a half weeks. I’ve been getting about an hour a day. I love the elliptical, but weights are starting to interest me…

I’m pretty sure I have lost about 2 pounds (unreliable scales), but I don’t want to be premature, and let them sneak back on.

Well, the weekend got the better of me. I don’t think I did too too terrible, but I know I didn’t get the exercise that I should have. I’ve been using Fitday.com since I saw it in a post. I wanted to see how well it worked before cheering the poster (i’m bad, aren’t i?). I like it ok, it’s just the weekend, when I don’t track every little thing is when my willpower goes haywire. Oh well, I can’t beat myself up forever. To quote Dory, from Finding Nemo: Just keep swimming, just keep swimming!
