at 158 for a while. I’ve pretty much given up on losing more right now. Maintain is the name of the game.

157 for the last gosh knows how long, prolly ‘cause i’m getting lazy, (only 4 times a week now for exercise, plus holidays). I think I can handle this for a while, as long as it doesn’t jump up. I’m still watching what I eat, still running on the elliptical, still devoted to this goal. Maybe I’m just resting right now.
Stuck in a rut, no ups or downs, mostly b/c I haven’t been watching the blasted calories as close as I should. I slacked off of Fitday for like two weeks, so that’s a big part of it. I’m doing fitday again, and re-working my workout. Hopefully this sets me on the downhill again.
the “right” weight for my height is anywhere between 140 and 152 pounds b/c of my bone structure. I am currently 163…....
