Now it’s time to start doing the ones that I can (I did have some unrealistic things like a weekend spa retreat…but that is a long term goal…to save enough to actually do that) but things like smiling more, not allowing negative self talk, candlelit baths, taking better care of my body, etc….I CAN do those now…and it’s time to start. I DO deserve it…(see there’s that positive self talk;) coming in)
