I have so many distractions in my life, when I’m not at work or school, I’m in my room where I’ve got a TV, computer, and 3 gaming consoles (ps3, wii, 360), as well as countless unwatched DVDs (several tv-on-dvd titles), then there’s always friends. There’s a lot of things I’d rather be doing than exercising but that has to stop.
Once I get caught up with everything in my life I plan on starting a set routine for exercising. I’d like to run and bike more, gets me out of the house, and doing something good for my body. Not that I need to lose weight or anything (need to gain it actually _) but I do feel like I’m not in the best shape I can be in. So I add this goal to remind me to get off my butt and exercise!
