June 11.
I already tried two new recipes this month.
One absolutely fantastic dish: a pasta salad with grilled vegetables, feta cheese, olives and lots and lots of garlic. Definitely something worthwhile when you have people having over for dinner.
And second: a Moroccan-Dutch mish mash: peas, carrots and cheese mixed with couscous. Boyfriend and I liked it, and I will serve it some other time, but I think better in winter time and not very suitable when you have guests (it looks a bit plain, if you know what I mean).

I tried a new recipe again, so that already makes two for the month of May:D
As i wrote before i have a problem translating all the ingredients in English, but it was a dish we (the Dutch) call ‘stamppot’, which means something like ‘mashed pot’. It contains mashed potatoe and an even amount of vegetables and you eat it with some meat, or in my case you don’t (i’m a vegetarian).
In Dutch:
stamppot met Chinese kool, ui en kerriepoeder, gecombineerd met een vegaburger en chilisaus (Albert Heijn-recept).

I tried a new recipe!
I’ve tried to look up all the ingredients in english, but my new dictionary is no use in the vega-ingredients department …
It was a Chinese dish with vegetables and cheese from soy bean (in Dutch this is called ‘tahoe’ or ‘tofu’). Tasted good.
In Dutch:
Gemarineerde tofu met chinese kool, champignons, taugé, prei en cashewnoten. Mjam.
