Wake up call 7 months ago

Did circuit training on the saturday .Left a sweating heap
who could barely think.Got 134 days till have to go to camp
going to improve my fitness by then.

Have managed to loose a kilo was more than that but went to wedding reception .Just eating senseible and exercise .Cutting out booze and snacks and junk food .



Bit of success 15 months ago

Can run the route I normally take in under 30 minutes
thinks it a couple of miles atleast so will add a bit more too it .When I first started it was taking me 40 minutes plus .So even a little bit makes a change .



Back on the grinder 16 months ago

Been unable to train as injured knee .Now got to catch up feeling slow and fat .Going to knock alchol and fast food on the head for a month and exercise
see if that makes a diffrence .



Injury 20 months ago

did a groin strain so have to rest for 3 weeks already been 1
so will get my stuff together and plan a fitness campaign
when I can train again

Ran it in 2hours 20 minutes very painful knee hurts groin hurts hope i haven’t done any thing serious



Not as Unfit as I think 21 months ago

Well fitness training stop and start .Eat too much rubbish and
drink too much .No wonder some clothes dont fit .but training weekend last week saw me out perform blokes half my age
so not dead just yet :)



Going well 22 months ago

Surpisingingly have completed week one of commando fitness ok missed christmas day but allowed to miss two days .Actually got up and went for run this morning and noticed an improvement.
If I can get to end of week without giving up will be impressed with my self .



Constiency is an issue with me 2 years ago

Looking back its stop start with me :( .Got through my fitness
tests so the basics are they but thats not enough going to work hard at this .Giving up booze for a month.And junk food.
and working out each day .Will reward my self with a bottle of single malt if i make it .Or give the money to charity if i dont .



Still going 2 years ago

Have been running regularly for 4 weeks now am noticing some improvement .If a complete slacker like me can make exercise a regular part of their routine any one can do it .
