Can now do 4 really good ones and thats with little training so will get there

Well put up my chin up bar can do 3 .Have a program to follow
from mens health so will follow that .Guess have to look at it every day will spur me on :)
Going to do a month of wieghts and runs and if i can stick too that then try pull ups
