Here we are again 19 months ago

OK, have been making a bit of an attempt at this one, admittedly not as strictly as I maybe should have been, but anyway I am closer to 8st than 9st (again). I have been here many times, but I would v. much like to get to below 8st, never managed it yet! Of course I don’t want to lose weight until I get unhealthy, but since I have still got a fair amount of flab on my tum and thighs I don’t think I have reached that stage… to weigh 48 kg or so would be good.

Unfortunately, I seem to have wrenched some muscles in my leg, which is making running rather painful, and doesn’t help.

Back to the 1300 calorie per day diet… I hate calorie counting but it’s the only way :(

This is becoming an ongoing struggle with weight… managed to keep to 1400 calories per day for the past few days, but today I was given chocolate as a present- awesome present, but I better go and do some exercise :D

Hum. I’m nearer to 8st than 9st. I think my ideal weight would be just under 8st though, I’m not exactly tall.

So, I was doing OK, then had a couple of months of eating really badly and ended up gaining weight (d’oh). Back on the bandwagon now. It’s not as if I need to lose a lot of weight, I’m not on a stupid fad diet, just trying to cut out the junk.

tum te tum… well I’m still flickering between 52-54kg. Suppose I should be happy, it’s a heck of a lot better than what I was 3 years ago… however, I’d really like to lose a few more pounds and get to 48-50kg! Need more exercise… hopefully as I keep running I’ll be able to run for a lot longer and thus burn more calories per week (I’m finding sticking to less than 1500 calories per day a bit tough at the moment- don’t know why, when I was properly dieting I managed to cut down to 1200!!!)

Time to get serious on this one. I am still the wrong side of 8st. Need more exercise, fortunately the weather is getting better.

Not doing very well on this goal. I keep almost getting through the day on 1300 calories, then breaking down and having a snack. Damn it.

I am getting better. I was over 8.5 st (approx. 54-55kg) about a month ago. Now down to 53kg. Target; 50-51kg.

Not awesome progress, but progress. Though I need to stop eating biscuits when I get hungry. I am doing more exercise though, that’s good.
