I dropped from 340 pounds, to 320 pounds over the course of 6 weeks, and it wasn’t by conventional “dieting”.
What did I do?
Simple:
I stopped drinking so much soda, cut most of the McFood out of my diet, and got a little exercise. :)
Best 20 pounds I’ve ever lost.
Gonna have to do it again. :)

I don’t want to be like those thin little toothpicks and weigh nothing.
I just want to lose enough weight to help my health, and save my knees. 20 pounds by July is a realistic goal for me. 6 months, 20 pounds.
Assuming I lose 6 pounds in my first week, and 1 pound per week thereafter, and keep it steady, and actually stick to the changes, I’ll be back down to a slightly healthier weight by that time.
Perhaps, I’ll even go farther.
Update: That failed. I lost 8 lbs, and gained it right back.
Time to shoot for the end of February, same weight loss.
