Eating right.

Well, I’ve done this, and it is definitely working! I’ve always had a high metabolism, so I was/am not worried about losing weight per se. But, what I have done is stop eating the really bad fast food crap, and started to eat more regularly. Instead of gorging on food until I feel sick, I just keep eating smaller amounts more often throughout the day (like the health places tell you you should). And it really works, I feel energized throughout the day where before I would feel tired or lethargic.
