well I have been doing 20-30 mins for the past 3 days. Mostly sun salutations with some other standing poses added. I want to start adding some backbend preps and more forward bends by the end of the week. My current goal is to get my bridge back and strengthen my arms to work toward my other “thing to do” a back handspring. Then I want to get my shoulderstand. I hear is is good for relaxation and insomnia and I have never been able to master it.

I used to have a nice daily practice..nothing too ambitious, but it made me feel wonderful. Now with two young kids I really need that time to myself and the benefits that a yoga practice bring more that even… unfortunately at the moment I am having diffuclt time finding a place to lay my mat and time when the kids will not climb on me like a jungle gym while I am working on a pose. We are working on that.
